Continous mode of operation
The pre-manufactured blanks are fed into a magazine and are transferred by means of a conveyor belt to the following working stations:
* Skiving of the blanks up to a remaining caliper of approx. 0,11 - 0,12 mm on a width of 8 - 10 mm.
* Suction of the skived material.approx.
* Folding and sealing of the remaining PE-layer fo solid protection of the cutting edge over the entire blank height.
* Automatic feed of a second magazin for easy transport of the blank piles to the converting machine.
